This qualification will deepen your understanding of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework. It will equip you with the skills needed to lead and support a team, plan and manage childcare programs, and meet essential licensing, assessment, and duty of care standards.

Entry requirements
Entry to this qualification is open to those who hold a:
* CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care; OR
* CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Participants must take the language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) assessment. This will help us identify areas where you might need additional support during your studies.
Delivery
The training program is delivered with comprehensive trainer support to provide a rich and engaging learning experience.
The course is delivered over four terms in a blended format.
How is it delivered?
- Orientation
- Live Virtual Workshops
- Tutorials/ On-demand Trainer support sessions via phone or web
- Workplace Visit by Trainer
The program is delivered in shorter, more manageable terms of learning. Students gets to focus on specific sections of the program at one time. These terms also provide the perfect ‘check point’ over the duration of the program to monitor and support participant progress.
