As we get ready to draw the curtains on 2024, it's time to reflect on a remarkable year for Asuria, our participants, practitioners, and partners.
This Certificate IV in Employment Services equips individuals with the specialised skills to support both job seekers and employers. Graduates of this program are trained to guide job seekers in finding, securing, and maintaining meaningful employment while also assisting employers in meeting their recruitment needs.
With an increased emphasis on frontline employment services staff holding (or working towards) a relevant industry qualification; there has never been a better time to enrol yourself or your staff into the Certificate IV in Employment Services.
Course Overview
Entry requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
*While there are no pre-requisite for this course, participants must take the language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) assessment. This will help us identify areas where you might need additional support during your studies.
Delivery
The course duration is 7 months from Induction. Units are delivered in clusters of 2 per month for 4 months (with webinars); and 2 per month for 1 month (self-paced study – no webinars).
At the end of 5 months of training, we will assess the completion of your Mandatory Department Learning Centre modules, and any compulsory internal training completed; to determine if you can receive Recognition of Prior Learning for the four remaining Employment Services units.

The Certificate IV in Employment Services allows students to enter in any month of study from 11 intakes per year (excludes January). Live learning sessions delivered by Employment Services subject matter experts – you will learn from the best in the business. These sessions are also recorded so you can review again at a later date.
