Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award
This award honours an employer that demonstrates impact in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce.
An Asuria partner who deeply invests in their knowledge and capacity building to welcome and support participants from diverse backgrounds, including people with disability, First Nations people, mature age, youth and CALD participants.

Enterprising at Heart Award
This award acknowledges employer partners whose values directly align to Asuria's guiding principles.
This award is dedicated to our partners that are Innovative and Create Possibilities, Growth Focused, Authentic and Brave, Inspiring and Leading, and Making a Difference.

First Nations Excellence Award
This award recognises the outstanding contributions of an employer to Make a Difference to the lives of our First Nations participants.
The award is for employer partners that are committed and dedicated to achieving reconciliation between First Nations people and the broader Australian population through employment and retention initiatives.

Innovative Recruitment Solution Award
This award is for Industry Associations and Training Partners, who champion and amplify the benefits of partnering with Asuria.
This award recognises partners that drive a sense of innovation, excitement and passion through a Program, Campaign or Pilot that is bold, and diverges from the norm.

- “Future Foundations” - A work preparation program for First Nations Participants
- Hyatt Hotels in partnership with Accommodation Australia & Complete Hospitality Training Solutions (RTO)
- Tailored Workforce

Local Champion Award
This award acknowledges local, small-medium employer partners that provide employment opportunities for our participants at a regional level.
The Local Champion award is for partners who provide a willingness to support disadvantaged participants into employment locally.

Outstanding Achiever Award
This award recognises Asuria's participants who have overcome adversity and gained employment with an employer partner.
The Outstanding Achiever Award is awarded to an indvidual who has been placed in employment through our relationship with an employer partner resulting in changed outcomes in the individuals life.

Small Business Start-Up Award
This award recognises Asuria's Self-Employment Assistance participants who have displayed excellence in their entrepreneurial journey.
This category is open to all Self-Employment Assistance participants who have an active business and have displayed excellence in an area(s) of innovation, growth, community or customer impact, or overcoming adversity.
