Meet our 2022 Chairmans Enterprising Heart Hall of Fame Recipient

On December 1st each year, Asuria gets together to celebrate U Day, a formal day for all of us at Asuria to celebrate our achievements and Enterprising Heart. As part of our annual U Day celebrations, we all participate in the Asuria Enterprising Heart Awards Ceremony.

The Asuria Enterprising Heart Awards Ceremony recognises members of our staff for their contribution to the company and the positive impact they’ve made in the lives of their co-workers and our customers.   

The recipient of the 2022 Chairmans Enterprising Heart Hall of Fame Award was Jennifer Song, Customer Service Manager of our National Customer Service Team. Our CEO and Chairman, Con Kittos, selected the winner for this award as it celebrates consistent outstanding individual achievement and years of Enterprising Heart.   

Located in Chatswood, this team is led to success each day under Jennifer’s incredible guidance, an inspiring leader who holds her team's best interests at heart, while ensuring all our clients are supported.

Picture1Jennifer joined Asuria in 2015, starting her journey as a receptionist in Kogarah. Over the years, Jen has committed to building up her skills and experience, progressing to Mentor, Lead Mentor, and eventually Customer Service Manager.

“I joined the company 7.5 years ago, and I’ve been blessed to work alongside some inspiring people. I could not have achieved what I have without their leadership, which has helped me keep moving forward, and I hope to set the same example.  

I love the challenge to be spontaneous and flexible in dealing with unexpected situations and creating solutions for the team.” - Jennifer.   

Using her years of knowledge, a typical day for Jen sees her staying up to date on department and business communications, relaying important updates to her team, covering the phones in busy periods and assisting with customer enquiries. Even with all this, Jennifer still manages to fit in time with her Team Leaders and Customer Service Specialists, scheduling regular meetings to support her team in growing and thriving.

Jennifer embodies all the pillars of what it means to live with an Enterprising Heart and demonstrates those daily with everyone she works with. Her innovative and creative approaches to assisting our clients have taken the National Customer Service Team to a whole new level. Jennifer takes on a growth-focused mindset to provide stellar service to her team, who then pass that same level of service on to our clients.  

Jennifer’s Asuria journey has already seen her achieve so much, bringing her ideas to life and leading her team to new successes every day.  

With an absolute rockstar personality, Jennifer is a superhuman who never fails to make us laugh! We’re extremely proud to have her as part of the Asuria family, and we look forward to seeing how she represents our Enterprising Heart in 2023.
