Asuria's Open Hiring event that has made its way through Sydney, Ballarat, and Broadmeadows leading to over 200 job interviews and close to 90 new jobs, job offers, or training commencements, will be making its way to Marrickville on Tuesday 17th September.
The event at Asuria Marrickville will welcome Asuria participants from Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services (DES) from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Attendees will have the chance to connect with hiring managers from leading local employers such as Amazon, Coles, Kmart, and Accor Hotels, spanning industries like retail, construction, hospitality, and tourism.
As well as the chance to take part in on-the-spot job interviews, attendees will also have the opportunity to improve their job search skills, learn about new industries and job roles, explore education and training options, and seek advice on apprenticeships and traineeships.
While anyone in attendance could find themselves walking away with a job on the day, the contacts made and relationships built will continue to lead to job and training opportunities in the days and weeks to come.
