The initiative, open to all organisations in Australia, will encourage them to take the Impact for Inclusion pledge, committing to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce, while benefitting from guidance and support on how to do so.
By taking the pledge, organisations will partner with Asuria to foster inclusivity in the workplace by ensuring equal opportunities, enhancing accessibility, promoting continuous learning, and encouraging open, respectful dialogue.
